We are looking for a Junior Administration Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic person to learn and grow his/her skills in the field. PECB is a company which is growing rapidly with huge growth potential for skills and projects.

ll. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily administrative operations for the HR Department;
  • Assist in developing written policies, procedures, forms for the HR Department; Assist in managing the recruitment and selection process;
  • Manage daily attendance records and reporting;
  • Assist the Immediate Supervisor to provide the orientation training and onboarding of new staff and internal staff replacements;
  • Manage HR records, such as those related to, health and medical insurance;
  • Assist in managing and monitoring job announcements based on top management requests or changes to timeline, maintain and track applicant data in agency-specific systems;
  • Supports the Human Resources Office with updating and maintain up-to-date employee leave records (e.g. vacation and sick leaves);
  • Supports the Human Resources Office in planning and organizing activities for PECB social and other events;
  • Supports the Human Resources Office in caring out administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.;
  • Assisting by responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance;

lll. Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, International Relations or other related discipline or associate’s degree and related experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Full proficiency of English (written and verbal)
  • Must work well under pressure, grasp new ideas quickly, think outside the box, and be able to follow up in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high pace, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Enthusiastic, energetic and team approach to working.
